Snail of Approval Signs
One great sign is worth a thousand words.
A hearty thank you to our friends at Relic who celebrate 10 years of creating art and impact. Their design work supports their passion to clean the bays by reseeding them with oysters. So far 617,542 oysters have been planted cleansing 30,877,100 gallons of seawater daily.
SFEE was one of the first to sponsor Relic’s beach clean up stations. A novel and practical approach to keep beaches pristine. All weather signage and baskets are at the ready for beach guests to use to pick up debris.
Now there are about 100 beach stations, SFEE proudly supports 67 Steps beach in Greenport.
We turned to Relic when we were looking to design road signs to acknowledge Snail of Approval awardees.
The signs are bright red and white, adorned with our snail logo urging all to slow down, stop and shop with our awardees. If you care about sustainably farmed, healthy, local growers, look for our signs as you travel the East End. Nominations are always welcome for future SOA awardees.
