South Fork Bakery, an Amagansett-based nonprofit provides paid employment and hands-on training for adults with disabilities, empowering their team to build skills, confidence, and long-term careers through their Training & Employment Program.  The bakery will be awarded a Snail of Approval at their  4th annual Cocktails with a Cause fundraiser at Tutto il Giorno in Sag Harbor.
