LIttle Creek Oysters hosted a private tasting to celebrate  Peconic Gold Oysters Snail of Approval Award. Oysters like those farmed by Peconic Gold, are a model of sustainable, low-impact aquaculture. Each oyster naturally filters and cleans the bay’s waters, improving clarity and supporting the overall health of the local marine ecosystem. They require no added feed and have a minimal carbon footprint.
