Shellabration is a special party – all proceeds benefit Slow Food East End’s new “Chefs to Schools” program – and the event will feature cooking demonstrations by six teams made up of chefs and students, using fresh ingredients from farmers and fisherman.
Admission includes delectable dishes featuring oysters and clams from Dock to Dish Community Supported Fishery. There will be a cash-bar available.
